What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When you register on our website, we collect your name, email address and contact details. We keep this information so that we can recognise you as a customer, provide you with services, process bookings and give you course information. We do not collect information about you without your consent and we will never share this information with anyone else.
As a charity, we are requested by our funders to collect information in order to provide statistics about certain “protected characteristics” (eg. gender, ethnicity, religion) of our service users. This information is optional, and is always anonymised before being shared with any third party so that individuals cannot be identified.
