On this two-day course you will learn to create a simple pattern, cut and grind glass, cut copper foil pieces, solder them together and learn basic copper wire work to create several beautiful and striking finished pieces.

You will have the opportunity to make a sun catcher to hang in a window, plus some smaller items such as seasonal ornaments or a tealight holder.

For students with some experience in this technique you may wish to make more complex and elaborate 3D pieces.

All materials, tools and safety equipment are provided, please wear warm, casual clothing with trousers and closed-in shoes (not sandals). Please bring an apron if you have one, or we can supply you with one.
