Event Description
| Printmaking – lino, suitable for beginners and those with some experience of printing. The course will enable you to make prints using lino printing techniques: Exploring how to design and produce your own prints, from simple one colour designs to reduction printing where you are able to get a multiple colour print using the same plate. • You will receive clear step by step instructions to explore the different applications of linocut. • Producing work that recognises methods of cutting lino by exploring different artists work. • At the end of the session you will have the skills to be able to produce a lino print at home. Please wear closed toe shoes (no sandals). Bring an apron or wear an old shirt as the process gets a little messy.
