In November 2024, I received life-changing news – a cancer diagnosis that meant surgery and treatment. Facing this challenging time, I sought solace in a creative outlet – something to focus on beyond my health. This led to the start of my jewellery making obsession.  

Crafting each piece has been my sanctuary, a way to channel fear and frustration into something beautiful. It was the anchor that kept me grounded on an island of emotional turmoil.

Just as creating them filled me with joy, confidence, and connection, I hope that firing up your imagination and learning how to create your own pieces will bring the same joy to you. 

This workshop is enjoyable and suitable for all levels, beginners through to more expereinced.

Choose a jewellery base: Pendant and/or earrings. Personalise your design with ried flowers, pigments or glitter.

Learn resin techniques with step by step guidance and create your own handmade pieces.

Make your own fashionable jewellery using U.V. resin and your imagination to create a one of a kind pendant and/or earrings set.

What you will learn

1. The different types of resin and its applications
2. How to handle resin safely
3. How to use pigments, inks, dried flowers and glitters to create stunning effects
4. De-moulding, dealing with bubbles and rough edges
5. Doming and attaching jewellery fixings like earring hooks, posts and jump rings
