Mindfulness teaches us to pay attention in the present moment, without judging our experiences. Sometimes this is easier said than done. Bringing nature into the equation can help enormously.
Join Nicky, our resident mindfulness teacher, to explore a variety of mindfulness practices in the great outdoors. No prior experience is required.
The class will be taught outside, whatever the weather, so attendees are asked to hope for sunshine but dress appropriately if that’s not what happens on the day. We are so excited to begin some face-to-face teaching and this class will make full use of our outdoor space to ensure we can work safely within Covid regulations and keep you safe.
