Creative journaling is a great way to increase wellbeing, it replaces negative thoughts with positive ones and reconnects you with your true self. This course is a space for women to reflect through art, poetry, cutting and sticking!
We look at seasons during the course – and this project now runs for 10 weeks in winter / spring so the focus will be on that. Each person will be given a journal and arts materials such as: pastels, paints, pencils, stamps, collage materials etc.
Each session we will focus on a different medium for journaling and it’s also important that your journal works for you, however that looks / feels so there is no pressure to work in a certain way.
