Explore ways to wellbeing through creative activity and make some lovely items from simple materials on this short 5 week course. Weave from found materials, print from plants and doodle from nature.
You will need: Small piece plain white cotton, needle and thread, scissors, some yarn and or string, pens/pencils/felt pens, found paper.
